To track your order on AllMatters.com, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from tracking-noreply@webshipr.com. This email contains a 13-digit tracking number (for Deutsche Post orders) or a 25-digit tracking number (for US/CA UPS Mail Innovations orders).
2. You can use this tracking number to track your order. For Deutsche Post orders, you can track your order via this link or in the search bar. For US/CA UPS Mail Innovations orders, you can track your order on the UPS tracking page by pasting your tracking number into the “Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers:” field.
3. Once your order arrives in your country, it becomes the responsibility of the national postal service there. You should then contact your national postal service if you wish to receive updates about your order.
4. If your local postal service or UPS is unable to provide you with any tracking information about your order, please get in touch with AllMatters at support@allmatters.com.

Please note that it might take 1-2 weekdays before any tracking information is available. Also, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. It can also take a few working days for your order to be processed, so please refer to the shipping confirmation email instead of the order confirmation. AllMatters has specific return and shipping policies. For returns, they offer a full refund if the product doesn’t work as promised. You can claim this guarantee within 60 days of receiving your order. However, size exchanges are not possible for period underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs, they ask you to return all unused products in sealed packaging so they can process the refund. They do not refund OrganiWipes purchases unless they are unopened and unused. Due to hygiene reasons, they cannot accept Menstrual Cup Wash returns and will only provide refunds in this case if the Menstrual Cup Wash is defective or faulty.

As for shipping, they offer worldwide shipping. The menstrual cup is shipped to most countries, and period underwear is shipped to most countries except the US and Canada. They offer free shipping on orders over the value of 24€. The shipping methods are specific to the country of destination. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For country-specific delivery times, you can go to the checkout page and select your shipping destination. The estimated delivery time is from the day the order has been shipped. The order may take 1-2 weekdays to process before it is shipped. Once your order reaches its destination country it becomes the responsibility of the national postal service in that country. AllMatters cannot control, cancel or edit your shipment once it has been shipped out. All orders outside the EU and the US are potentially subject to customs and import duties. This responsibility lies solely with the customer.
